Customer Satisfaction Survey

 

Coquitlam Public Library is committed to engaging our diverse community through creativity, discovery and knowledge. We want to make positive and meaningful impacts on our customers and our city. 

 

We are inviting community feedback in order to help us evaluate and improve our collections, programs and services to better satisfy our customers and meet community needs. 

 

In our 2019-21 Strategic Plan, we identified five objectives that the Library is committed to achieving: 

  • Increased satisfaction with Coquitlam Public Library overall

  • Increased satisfaction around meeting community needs

  • Improved connections between people, resources and ideas

  • Increase in awareness of library services, programs and partnerships

  • Demonstrated impact of offering Coquitlam Public Library services and programs out in the community

 

We are inviting Coquitlam residents and Coquitlam Public Library customers (19+) to participate and share. All responses are anonymous. The Library is collecting this data for local evaluation. The survey will take approx. 5-10 min. to complete. Thank you in advance for your time.

 

 

Please note: we designed this survey to measure our success in addressing needs identified in 2018. The current health crisis has limited our ability to provide collections, programs or services that support some of those community needs. If you are not satisfied because we are currently not addressing a given need (i.e. we are unable to provide group meeting spaces), please tell us!
