How middle managers and executives can build immigrant-inclusive teams

Middle managers have a significant influence on what happens after an immigrant is hired. Through their day-to-day decisions and actions, they make or break an immigrant’s sense of inclusion and therefore their performance. The other key puzzle piece is executives, who set the inclusion vision and the strategy for the organization.

Make or Break is based on in-depth expert interviews with middle managers, most of whom were also immigrants, and D&I leaders across different industries—to provide evidence-based recommendations and examples on advancing workplace inclusion.
